Danish lessons for employees
Does your company have employees who need Danish language training? We offer flexible programmes tailored to your needs.
Whether the training takes place at your company or your employees attend classes at the language school (daytime, evening, or online), we are here to help you find the solution that best fits your workplace and your employees’ schedules.
We offer two types of programs:
- On-site Danish Language Training
Danish language instruction under the Danish Education Act, delivered at your workplace. The training is free of charge, but a deposit is required per participant. The deposit is refunded if the course is completed on time. The program can be adapted to your company’s needs, but certain legal requirements must be followed. - Tailor-made courses
A flexible program designed specifically to suit your company’s wishes and needs – in terms of content, duration, and target group. This type of course is fee-based.
Both options can be adjusted to working hours, language levels, and job-related needs – and we are happy to guide you through the process.
Teaching – on your terms
For on-site programs, we send a teacher to your company who teaches only your employees. This allows you to schedule the training at times and in formats that fit your operations.
Alternatively, employees can join existing classes at the language school – for example, combining daytime and evening classes – if that makes more sense for your business.
Benefits of on-site Danish language training
- Flexible scheduling – classes can be arranged during working hours, either in-person or online
- Access to SVU funding – we offer guidance on how to apply for Statens Voksenuddannelsesstøtte (SVU), a state-funded educational grant for employees
Requirements for on-site training
To ensure a good learning environment, your company must provide:
- A suitable room with a whiteboard/projector and audio equipment
- Information on safety procedures and other relevant guest guidelines
- Ideally, access to a printer/copier and a small space to store teaching materials
