A module test is an exam that marks the end of each module in the Danish language programme. The test shows whether you have achieved the language goals for the module and whether you are ready to move on to the next level. It typically consists of both a written and an oral part and is assessed by your teachers.
Practical Information About the Module Test
Your teacher will assess when you are ready to take each module test and will register you for the test.
- You will receive an SMS with the date, time, and location of the test.
- Your mobile phone will be collected at the start of the test.
- You will receive your test results from your teacher approximately 1 -2 weeks after the test.
- If you have pass your test, you may be placed in a higher-level class.
Category ’S’ students have a limited time frame within which they must pass their module tests for each module level.
The time frame you have to complete each module is:
Module 1: 6 months
Module 2: 6 months
Module 3: 7 months
Module 4: 8 months
Module 5: 9 months
Module 6: 9 months

Your teacher will assess when you have learned the necessary content for each module and will register you for your test at this stage. For students who have paid a deposit to enroll in Danish courses, special rules apply as to how much time you may have to complete each module.
When you have learned the necessary content for each module, or your time to complete the module is running out, your teacher will register you for the module test. Therefore, it is important you attend school so that your teacher has the opportunity to assess you.
Your teacher will share the results from your
module test approximately one week after you have taken the test.
